Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wireless Retail Sales Associate at Andiamo in Austin, TX. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their wireless needs, providing product information, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide expert advice on mobile devices, plans, and accessories to match customer needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and promotions.

Qualifications:
