About the Position
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, this role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD).
Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, at our Center, and in the community as appropriate. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
Must be able to work at least 3 weekday afternoons between 3-8:00PM
- Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.
- 10-20 Hours per week (Part Time)
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with individuals with needs
- Experience working with children
- Ability to attend an initial orientation
- Timely and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
