SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Reception/Front Office role. Experience in a professional setting such as accounting, legal or financial firms is a plus.
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Top notch customer service skills, friendly and outgoing, yet calming.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
- Perform well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
