Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Extend and negotiate job offers in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Salary : $51,000 - $62,000
