Pricing Analyst

AquaPhoenix Scientific, headquartered in Hanover, PA has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented and experienced Pricing Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in maximizing profitability and competitiveness through data-driven pricing strategies. Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, ethics, professionalism, and integrity.

Essential Responsibilities and Expectations:

Although not all inclusive, additional responsibilities, expectations and skills will include:

• Develop and maintain pricing models, discount strategies, tools, and dashboards
• Monitor competitive pricing performance and profitability across products, regions, and/or customer segments.
• Review, interpret, and evaluate corporate sales contracts for compliance, liability, and financial risk and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing and finance teams to outline optimal pricing strategies.
• Perform monthly & quarterly detailed analyses on SG&A, COGS and OPEX accounts. Review and present accordingly.
• Participate in the development and implementation of annual budgets; track & make financial projections for pricing models and program budgets.

AquaPhoenix Scientific considers applicants with diverse backgrounds, education, and work experience; however, applicants for the Pricing Analyst position will frequently have a combined education and/or work experience that is a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five or more years’ work experience in Accounting, Mathematics, Finance or Economics or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.

Qualifications:

• Must be accurate, highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies: Experience with Business Intelligence and Query tolls such as Microsoft Power BI.
• General understanding and experience with building and maintaining financial models and measurement such as Return on investment (ROI) and Cash Flow modeling.
• Expert user of Excel, focusing on financial modeling, graphing and formatting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
