Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an experienced Registrar (a.k.a. BSN Program Manager) for our growing Tempe, Arizona campus!
In addition to the registrar process, this role is responsible for managing a team of three direct reports. Preferred candidates will have supervisory experience as a registrar (including reporting, file maintenance, and transfer credit evaluation) in a Higher Education environment.
This position is located 100% on-site at the campus.

What You'll Do:
The BSN Program Manager provides data support to Deans and assists with logistical guidance of student movement through General Education courses.
- Writes and disseminates schedules for all student cohorts for each new session and semester.
- Provides student projections to Deans for classroom needs mapping.
- Directs applicant files.
- Creates Program Completion Worksheet (PCW) for students.
- Reviews files and evaluates transcript forms from applicants to the nursing program to ensure completeness.
- Enters grades from official transcripts into Campus Nexus.
- Monitors the progress of students in completing requirements for timely transition to Core.
- Organizes all student files.
- Prepares acceptance letters.
- Prepares monthly reports for tribal students.
- Prepares and updates General Education student orientation packets.
- Ensures accurate and timely Gen Ed and Core nursing textbook ordering with Ambassador.
- Coordinates textbook distribution with the Administrative Assistant.
- Provides data to Deans and assists with identifying students at risk.
- Monitors weekly the retention of students enrolled in the general education, develops action plans to improve, and contributes to weekly and monthly WIG reports.
- Serves as liaison to General Education students regarding advisement, questions, information.
- At a minimum, serves on the Systematic Plan for Evaluation (SPE) Committee.
- Upon campus reaching established student population benchmark, the BSN Program Manager becomes responsible to hire and supervise a Campus Coordinator.
- Manage direct reports including conducting 1:1s, Quarterly Check-Ins, Performance Management, and offering Training and Development.

- Associate degree or other equivalent credential/credits in higher education or experience.
- Previous experience in data collection and statistical analysis.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, detail oriented, deadline driven environment.

- Ability to craft clear, effective, and professional communications.
