ARIZONA GENERAL HOSPITAL
Responsibilities
Obtains moderately complex financial information regarding patients from various sources to obtain payment plan agreements and Medicare coverage
Qualifications
- Six months of customer service experience in physician office or clinic. One year relevant experience in hospital environment preferred
- High School Diploma/GED
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider (CT CPRBLS)
- Must have excellent communication abilities both written and verbal
- Must exhibit kindness and a willingness to help
