Responsibilities
Acts as a resource for the Patient Access Department within their facility. Assist with hiring. Responsible for training new staff auditing charts and process/policy implementation. Prepares monthly schedule for the department. Assist Facility Administrator and patient access supervisor at their request.
Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of recent medical office or hospital registration
American Heart Association BLS certification
Advanced Computer skills 2 years of customer service experience ability to multi-task.
Preferred
Associates Degree or a combination of education and job-related experience.
Medical terminology insurance verification Collections Schedule creation and maintenance.
1 year of management supervisor or lead experience.
Service recovery & conflict resolution
Salary : $16 - $22
