Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Overview:
We are working with a well-established and growing Personal Injury law firm in Las Vegas that is looking to add a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking strong case exposure, mentorship, and a competitive compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Manage a full caseload including pre-litigation and/or litigation files
- Conduct depositions, discovery, mediations, and negotiations
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands
- Work closely with clients and support staff to drive cases forward
Requirements:
- 2 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff side preferred)
- Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada Bar (or ability to waive in)
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
