Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and tax-efficient wealth transfers.
- Handle all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate and fiduciary matters.
- Draft and review estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on complex estate and tax issues.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans tailored to their unique needs.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in trusts and estates law, including estate planning and administration.
- Strong knowledge of federal and Massachussetts estate tax laws and regulations.
- Proven expertise in drafting estate planning documents and navigating probate processes.
- Licensed to practice law in MA.
The annual salary for this position is between $165,000 - $215,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
