Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Location: Newport Beach, CA (Onsite Preferred | Flexibility Based on Performance)
Experience: 1–3 Years
We are partnered with a rapidly growing Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm headquartered in Newport Beach, CA, with offices across Arizona and Georgia. The firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle matters from filing through resolution, including commercial policy claims and trial work.
Responsibilities
- Manage Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation
- Work closely with managing and supervising attorneys
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 1–3 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense PI)
- Strong understanding of discovery, motion practice, and litigation strategy
- Trial exposure preferred but not required
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges between $140,000 – $220,000. Factors that may affect compensation within this range include, but are not limited to, trial and litigation experience, geographic market, skills, education, overall experience, and other qualifications of the selected candidate.
