M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Immediate availability to start
- Schedule and manage Examination Under Oath (EUO) and Independent Medical Examination (IME) appointments and notifications
- Follow up on client treatments
- Obtain and request medical bills and records
- Review medical records and bills
- Provide clients with updates on their case status
- Prior experience with EUO and IME procedures
Note:
- EUO (Examination under oath) : A formal proceeding by insurance companies to gather information about claims, where the insured is questioned under oath.
- IME (Independent Medical Examination) : An Independent Medical Examination requested by the employer's insurance company for workers' compensation claims, conducted by a doctor chosen by the insurer.
