Position Summary
We’re currently seeking a CNC Operator for our D Shift. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts that meet precise specifications. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a team-oriented mindset.
Shift: D Shift (Monday–Thursday, AM Shift, 10 hours/day)
Location: Berea, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines following written instructions and/or verbal guidance
Perform visual and manual inspections to detect defects in workmanship or materials
Use gauges and indicators to verify dimensions and ensure products meet specifications
Assist with tool changes and basic machine adjustments
Accurately enter daily data to support production, quality, and engineering reporting
Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with 5S standards
Adhere to work procedures and safety policies, including TS16949, ISO14000, and internal standards
Be aware of and follow all safety guidelines in a machining environment
Support continuous improvement initiatives and offer suggestions to enhance production processes
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred (CNC, mechanical, or high-speed equipment experience is a plus)
Ability to follow written work instructions and complete basic production reports
Basic math skills required
Manual dexterity and good visual acuity (corrected if needed)
Physically able to stoop, bend, and regularly lift/carry up to 40 lbs
Willingness to work in a team-based environment and meet cycle time and Takt time targets
Acceptable scores on pre-employment assessments

Physical Requirements
Frequent walking and manual tasks throughout the shift
Regular lifting of up to 10 lbs, frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
Requires full range of motion including reaching, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
Work Environment
Work is performed in a manufacturing plant environment
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in designated areas, including safety glasses, hats, and steel-toe shoes
Exposure to machinery and industrial noise
