Job Title : HR Operations Associate
Job Description
Join our dynamic Operations Team and play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources and Operations functions of a leading health philanthropy organization.
You will assist the HR Manager in a variety of HR-related tasks, including record maintenance, onboarding / offboarding, recruitment, and training & development.
Additionally, you will support award management processes, knowledge management, and data entry and analysis operations.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, analytics, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Hard Skills
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- 3-5 years of HR experience with knowledge of full cycle recruitment, onboarding / offboarding, and record management
- Proficient in data entry across different databases
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Typing speed of 40 wpm
Soft Skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks

- Effective communication and collaboration
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Bethesda, Maryland and some days remote.
Work Environment
The position offers flexible working hours between 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM with hybrid work arrangements. The role requires local candidates who can be available to work on-site as needed.
Equipment management tasks may also necessitate on-site presence.
