You will develop and execute strategies and events to build long-term, productive stakeholder relationships. Must have an operations mindset with the ability to prioritize and pivot to manage multiple personalities and deadlines. Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for Member Companies and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring they are supported and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Understand Member Company objectives, culture, organizational structure and identify key stakeholders to broaden footprint.
- Design, lead, implement, and monitor metrics to adjust comprehensive engagement strategies.
- Leverage ongoing discussions with Member Company Leadership to understand and execute against member priorities, resourcing, and challenges on a regular cadence.
- Plan and execute member face-to-face meetings – create agenda, identify appropriate audience, prepare a meaningful experience, and manage follow-up.
- Plan, design, execute, and recruit membership for virtual and in person events, workshops, and other engagement activities.
- Lead quarterly Member Engagement Strategy and review the health of member companies, surface risks and opportunities, and determine plans.
- Track member activity and analyze engagement patterns.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on engagement performance and areas for improvement.
- Leverage data insights to refine engagement strategies and optimize member experiences.
- Work closely with Portfolio, Marketing, and External Engagement to ensure clear internal coordination and communication while supporting Member Companies.
- Co-lead Member Leadership calls with Portfolio Talent Strategy team
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams gleaned from member interactions.
