Key Responsibilities of a Client Engagement Manager:
- Educate clients and families on available home health services
- Drive referral conversions and manage the admissions process
- Collaborate with nursing and scheduling teams for seamless service delivery
- Support community outreach and marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Manage incoming referrals from patients and caregivers
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities
- Field and respond to inbound inquiries
- Home Health experience strongly preferred
- Sales or Business Development experience required
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized, empathetic, and tech-savvy
