Soni is partnering with an industry leading software organization on a search for a dynamic Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. This role will support forecasting, planning, and strategic analysis efforts while helping drive automation and process improvements across finance and operations.

- Support monthly financial close, personnel planning, and operational expense reporting.
- Partner with budget owners and finance leadership on forecasting and performance analysis.
- Manage reporting models in Adaptive Insights and NetSuite.
- Identify performance trends and create dashboards to benchmark against goals.
- Assist with long-range planning and annual operating plan development.
- Streamline purchase order approvals and support financial system integrations.
- Ensure accuracy in planning and forecasting through data aggregation and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Salesforce, Workday, etc.) to unify data sources.
- Maintain strong documentation and support continuous improvement in FP&A practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in finance, FP&A, consulting, or financial analysis roles.
- Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights for business partners.
- Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Workday.
- Familiarity with financial data integration across systems (Salesforce, DW, HRIS).
