Job Description
The Spa Attendant is responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring the cleanliness of all Spa facilities.
- Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations
- Secure supplies and equipment and keep an accurate inventory list
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the garden room, locker/facility areas, fitness area, aquatic area & slipper room throughout the day
- Maintain closets and prep areas clean and organized
- Assist with cleaning employees break room and back of the house spaces
- Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area throughout the day
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Report maintenance issues to Spa Management Team in a timely and effective manner
- Prioritize, organize and follow up
- Fully comply with rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facilities
- Prepare packaged snacks following hygienic guidelines (using gloves)

- Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
