Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across various departments and operations.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management activities.

Internal Controls:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, including financial, operational, and compliance controls.
- Design and implement improvements to strengthen internal controls.
- Conduct internal control assessments and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Monitor compliance with established internal controls and policies.

Reconciliations:
- Perform and oversee regular reconciliations across key financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation and support for all reconciling items and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
