AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking an LPN Long-term Care for our Burlington campus/service areas. This is a Full-time position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Job Summary:
Provides high quality nursing services under the direction of a Registered Nurse consistent with the agency's philosophy, policies and standards of care. Responsible for working within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act regarding judgment, nursing skills, teaching, and experience.
Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers. Provides compassionate, basic personal care for patients with limited life expectancy. Provides treatments, document care, administer medications as directed. Works with other members of the interdisciplinary group in order to meet the patient/family's goals for all agency programs. Participate in providing weekend and week night coverage to assure patient care as assigned.
