Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-operative patient assessments to determine individualized plans of care.
- Develop and communicate complex anesthesia plans to patients and their families.
- Establish and maintain essential venous access and airway management.
- Administer anesthesia and monitor vital signs during procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
Requirements:
- Current CRNA certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
