Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-operative patient assessments to determine individualized plans of care.
• Develop and communicate complex anesthesia plans to patients and their families.
• Establish and maintain essential venous access and airway management.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor vital signs during procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.

Requirements:

• Current CRNA certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
