Key Responsibilities:
- Care for patients across the lifespan in various settings, including surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management procedures
- Determine patient care plans and communicate them to family members
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients' vital signs
- Transfer patient care to other staff members at procedure termination
- Provide clinical instruction to anesthesia students
Requirements:
- Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensure from the Board of Nursing
- Active state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
