We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team. The position is based out of our New York City office located near Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan. We have a flexible hybrid working policy.

HR Coordinator Description
This is a great opportunity to build a career in Human Resources and make a significant impact at a fast growing company! The HR Coordinator will partner with the HR Director in all areas of HR and play a critical role in moving the business forward and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities
- Report to the HR Director and assist in all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training, diversity equity & inclusion, and employee retention.
- Recruitment
- Schedule and coordinate all types of interviews.
- Log all appropriate information into the applicant tracking system to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer.
- Assist in reviewing applications and sourcing candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone interviews for entry level positions.
- Employee Experience
- Be a point of contact for all human resources-related inquiries from employees.
- Continue to develop our onboarding and learning & development programs to ensure all new hires have a positive and thorough orientation.
- Assist with planning and organizing employee events.
- Maintain the utmost level of confidentiality with information regarding employees and operations.
- Work closely with the HR Director and leadership on building an informed and inclusive culture.
- Provide ad hoc coverage and back-up coverage where needed.
HR Coordinator Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years of work experience.
- General knowledge of human resources practices, procedures, and policies.
- Highly self-motivated and driven to make an impact.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships and positively impacting team culture.
