Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager works with other members of management to hire and train staff and ensure that patrons receive excellent service. This role involves supervising and coordinating the team, ensuring a welcoming guest experience, and overseeing smooth service and equipment operation. Responsibilities may include managing inventory and resources, assisting with marketing events, ensuring quality and safety controls, maintaining licenses, creating schedules, and supporting operations to achieve business objectives and maximize customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager should be able to mentor diverse personalities, resolve conflicts, delegate effectively, and develop competency in all location tasks and processes.
Hours: 40 hours a week for full-time status employees, or under 30 hours weekly for part-time status. For all employee statuses, possibly working nights, weekends, and holidays is a requirement. Hours may vary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Theatre General Manager and other Salary Management Staff (if applicable) in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies.

Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met.

Supervise and motivate staff.

Demonstrate interpersonal and mediation skills.

Communicate with guests and address their needs and specifications.

Assist in hiring, training, and maintaining employee records.

Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Perform cleaning duties.

Perform a variety of tasks, which may include selling tickets, assisting at the snack bar, and cleaning auditoriums.

Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
General Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.

If 21 years or older at any bar location, R-Serving is required and must be willing and able to pour at least basic drinks (or provide a written religious exemption).

If at a kitchen location, ServSafe or Food Handlers certification is required and must be willing to work in the kitchen area as needed.

Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for running errands.

Must have the availability to open and/or close regularly.
Physical Demands:
