What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumbing Trainee position at B & I Contractors, Inc?
Job Responsibilities:
This is an entry level role where the Plumbing Trainee will assist Foreman and Journeymen in various entry level tasks as identified.
Minimum Requirements:
Technical Trade School completion or undergoing Apprentice Program preferred.- GED or High School graduate required.
- Must be able to follow specific directions and perform a variety of duties which may often change.
- Must be able to evaluate information using measurable standards.
- Must be able to work within standards.
- Must be willing to repeat tasks of short duration according to a set procedure.
- Understand English and follow directives.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction).
Must be able to hear, and speak clearly with professional standard grammar.
Must use hands, fingers, arms and legs fully; kneel, crouch and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and stoop.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
