EXPECTED POSITIVE OUTCOMES
- Completes accurate and timely vendor verifications supporting overall program and funding source goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in vendor records in compliance with agency policies and guidelines including: documentation, data entry, cross system data point match, case notes, and revision of incorrect information.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to assist in meeting Agency initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Completes timely vendor verification and collects updated information as needed.
- Assure vendor records are organized and conform to the Agency’s policies and procedures.
- Provides information to vendors on how to confirm IRS 1099 ownership information.
- Prepares all correspondence to vendors in an accurate and professional manner
- Fulfill audit and monitoring requests as required and within requested timeframe.
- Communicates progress and provides data reporting as requested.
- Assist in Purchasing Functions as needed and with other duties as may be assigned at the discretion of the Sr. Director or Sr. Purchasing Manager
