General Position Scope

The Technical Application Project Manager will provide assistance and expertise to BankPlus employees on various software applications, reporting, and error resolution with various third-party applications. The Technical Application Project Manager will help ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. The Technical Application Project Manager is the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology concerns.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities

- The Technical Application Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with coordination of Browser Server installs and setups.
- Responsible coordination of iPad and Surface computer setups with New Account Desk and e-signatures
- Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
- Track deadlines to report progress on deliverables.
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company.
- Provide assistance to BankPlus employees on different software applications.
- Write A2I reports as assigned.
- Responsible for communication with BankPlus employees via e-mail concerning problems, concerns, implementation, etc.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures and
- appropriate regulatory issues as related to daily job functions including but not limited to:
Bank Secrecy Act; Privacy Act; Fair Lending Act; Regulation E, etc. Complete required compliance training and adhere to the Bank's standard of conduct.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Participation in the bank's High-Performance Rewards Connections program.
- Make referrals to the Mortgage Center and Wealth Management.
Position Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related technical field
- Three to Five years' experience in Project Management.
- General computer and typing experience with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive reading as needed.
- Ability to make difficult decisions and handle multiple tasks.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
