**$150.00 WEEKLY ON-CALL BONUS**

If so, Banner Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician like you to ensure the efficient operations, safety, and maintenance of our 191-unit multi-family community in Fitchburg, WI, One Glenn Place.
Guided by our core values of respect, integrity, innovation and dedication, the Maintenance Technician will work directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community beautiful and well-maintained in order to realize our mission to deliver superior service.
The successful candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. We will rely on you to be a key member of the maintenance team to anticipate, identify, and correct all problems throughout the property.
To thrive in this role you must use your previous experience in high volume maintenance, or related industry, to cultivate exceptional resident satisfaction by being prompt, courteous, and efficient.
This position requires 1 - 3 years’ experience in many different areas of high volume maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting & repair, basic finish carpentry, 410-A HVAC systems and more. We will consider someone who has been exposed to many skills with a general contractor or handyman service. CPO license a plus!
- Active, hands-on participant on the maintenance team
- Comfortable with and excited about the use of computers, apps, and technology to improve efficiency
- Making units rent-ready
- Must be a highly organized self-starter
- On-call rotation; overtime and weekend work may be required
- Experience operating and maintaining a fob lock and access control system is a plus
- Snow removal from all walkways
- Experience with operating and maintaining an automated pool chemical injection system is a plus
- Underground parking garage automated exhaust fan system experience a plus
- Garage door & door operator repair/replacement.
- Physical Requirements: Frequent walking, stairs, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
- Requires personal, courteous contact with apartment residents.
Must be available for Monday-Friday plus weekend hours and an on-call schedule.
