Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience throughout their stay. Your primary responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Reservation Management:
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Ensure accurate entry of guest information into the hotel management system.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining recommendations.
- Financial Transactions:
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other methods, accurately.
- Maintain and reconcile a cash drawer, ensuring all transactions are documented.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Offer practical solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Answer and route phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports as directed by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)
