Family Caregiver Opportunities

We are seeking married couples to become flex family caregivers. As a flex family caregiver, you and your spouse will reside on-campus in student homes, providing guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students.

Your role will involve daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services.

You will cover different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students and work as a team with your spouse.

Responsibilities:

• Reside on-campus in student homes
• Provide daily guidance and support to students
• Drive students to appointments and activities
• Administer medication as needed
• Manage household budgets
• Report on student progress
• Lead students in daily devotions
• Take students to Sunday chapel services

Requirements:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Married couple with at least 2 years of marriage
• Age 27 or older
• No more than 3 dependent children may reside in the student home
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate high integrity and serve as a positive role model for students

Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approximately $165,000 per couple)
