At WinnCompanies, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our properties, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
">- We require the ability to diagnose and make repairs in areas such as appliances, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential/apartment maintenance and possess general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry.
- HVAC Universal certification is also required, along with experience installing and hooking up hot water heaters.
- The ideal candidate will have basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications.
- They must also be available for on-call activity during off-hours and emergencies based on a pre-determined schedule and need.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills are essential.
Preferred qualifications include vocational or technical training, CAMT certification, experience with drywall and turn over, and experience installing hot water heaters.
