The job involves assisting to inspect vehicles, record information about parts and repair procedures, and operate transportation equipment to demonstrate function or malfunction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles to determine overall condition.
- Record information about parts, materials or repair procedures.
- Operate transportation equipment to demonstrate function or malfunction.
- Assist in testing mechanical systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Replace worn, damaged or defective mechanical parts.
- Adjust vehicle components according to specifications.
- Assist with repairing non-engine automotive or vehicle components.
- Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities.
- Read work orders or descriptions of problems to determine repairs or modifications needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license is also necessary.
Working Conditions:
This position is part-time, 8am-5pm, Tuesday to Thursday.
The location is Kingsville.
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour.
