We are seeking individuals to conduct occupancy and physical condition inspections of mortgaged properties.
About the Job
As a Mortgage Field Service Contractor, you will be responsible for determining whether a property is occupied or vacant, rating its condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, taking photos using your smartphone, and filling out a form on your device.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine if a property is occupied or vacant
- Rate the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor
- Take photos of the property using your smartphone
- Fill out a form on your device
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have dependable transportation with good gas mileage
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- Must have access to a printer/scanner and a desktop/laptop or tablet
Benefits and Income:
Income is based on area and volume, with most inspectors completing several inspections per hour. Rural areas may offer higher pay per inspection. The faster inspections are completed, the more inspections are provided, and this work is based on 1099 contractor status.
Salary : $20,000 - $50,000
