Family Physician Opportunity
We are seeking a board certified Family Medicine specialist to fill a medical position in our clinic.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients and may provide medical services in local hospitals.
- Document patient information into the electronic health record system.
- Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results for accurate diagnoses.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
- Administer treatments and prescribe medications as needed.
- Offer health education and wellness advice to patients.
- Participate in peer review activities and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited medical school with an active state license.
- Valid DEA registration and CPR certification.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
- CPR certified and possess a valid driver's license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three (3) plus years of clinical experience at a community healthcare organization.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Advanced knowledge of electronic health record systems and Microsoft applications.
