Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a skilled physician to provide high-quality primary care services to patients in a rotating specialty practice setting.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Epic documentation system.

Shift Details:

Shift: Rotating specialties
Description: 3 eight-hour shifts weekly, possibly virtually covered by internal medicine physicians.

Practice Information:

Services Available On-Site: Laboratory POC testing, Phlebotomy, Epic EMR.
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20
