Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Fosston, MN
This is a permanent opportunity for a family medicine physician to work with our team in Fosston, Minnesota.
Clinical Role & Schedule
- FTE: 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours/week (or 32 patient contact hours/week including inpatient work)
Our clinic operates Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with Saturday walk-in hours from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM. We see an average of 18-20 patients per day and perform 1-2 procedures daily.
- Call Schedule:
- Primary Call: 3-4 days/month (includes weekdays, weekends, holidays)
- Back-Up Call: 8-10 days/month (support for ED provider)
Inpatient & ED
- 50-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Average census: 8
- Local physician teams provide coverage
- ED Volume: 8-12 patients/24-hour shift
- Connected Campus: Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home & Assisted Living all located on one campus
