Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our practice.

• Outpatient practice with optional inpatient care.

• Our ideal candidate is positive, energetic and team-focused, with a passion for small town care.
• We offer flexible schedules and a robust clinical team incorporating Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs and Behavioral Health Specialists.
• Our clinic is attached to a 16 bed critical access hospital with an emergency department and a 33 bed nursing home.
• ER providers are available 24/7, and we have a tele-hospitalist/APP model for inpatient care.
• We also have a swing bed/transitional care unit.
• Our current practice consists of 3 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians.
• On-site lab, radiology, physical therapy, hospital pharmacy and cardiac rehab services are available.
• We have a newer clinic with private offices.
• Our call model is no call.
