AllSci is an innovative AI startup that revolutionizes pharmaceutical and biotech R&D and business development. Its AI and data platform significantly improves R&D productivity and decision-making, enabling BD teams to instantly execute scientific due diligence on any asset or technology.
The company is seeking a Sales Leader to engage with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the US market. This role will be responsible for revenue generation, retention, and other duties assigned by senior leadership. The Sales Leader will work closely with the product team to gather client feedback and prioritize the product roadmap, as well as collaborate with the executive team to develop sales strategy, pricing, and content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell AllSci's platform to R&D and BD teams at pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies
- Represent the company at conferences
- Demonstrate the AllSci platform remotely and onsite
- Provide post-sales client service and relationship management
- Work with the executive team on business and sales strategy and pricing
- Maintain strong relationships with clients in biotech, pharma, and academia
- Provide feedback to the product team and participate in product road mapping
- Collaborate with supporting teams to ensure alignment and achievement of shared goals
- Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and performance to senior leadership
- Stay informed about industry trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and leadership in pharma/biotech and/or academia
- Deep understanding of data, analytics, and AI as applied to pharma/biotech
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience in hiring, developing, and managing sales teams
