Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Tour prospects, market units, and lease apartments as necessary – must be strong salesperson! Flexible schedule as needed – this will include some weekend work
- Work with maintenance staff and meet with vendors
- Responsible for GREAT resident relations and customer service
- Walking and inspecting property on a regular basis--curb appeal is vital
- Assisting the Community Manager with duties as assigned
- Leasing experiencestrongly preferred
- Proficient in all aspects ofMicrosoft Officeand standard office equipment
- Work withproperty management softwareis preferred--we use Yardi
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Demonstratedclose attention to detailwhilemulti-tasking
- Professional, businesslike demeanor
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
