Position Overview
This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The position also reconciles employee benefit-related billings to employee payroll deductions. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the organization's payroll process, including distributing paychecks, resolving any payroll-related issues, working closely with the Human Resources department to maintain accurate employee data and address payroll inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Process multi-region payroll accurately
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner
Manage off-cycle and manual payments when required
Prepare payroll reports for internal use and assist with audits and filings
Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving team engagement and administrative efficiency
Qualifications
Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
