We are a mid-sized Prosthetic and Orthotic clinic searching for one responsible and dependable Clinic Office Administrator for our Appleton, WI office. This is an entry-level, full-time position with office hours Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. - Greeting patients in a courteous and compassionate manner
- Verifying patients have completed all necessary paperwork
- Scheduling patients
- Answering a multi-line switchboard telephone system
- Verifying Insurance Coverage
- Basic understanding of medical billing and coding
- Scanning and filing documentation
- Ordering devices for patients
- Collecting payments
- Generating and obtaining medical documentation
- Ensuring compliant and timely patient care
Job Requirements
- Must have professional phone etiquette
- Must be punctual
- Must have good organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
