We are a mid-sized clinic located in North Coralina searching for a responsible and dependable Front Office Administrator in our East Flat Rock NC location. This is a full-time position with office hours Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5PM. We also offer on the job training, sick/vacation time, health benefits, paid holidays, and 401 K with a company match!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients in a courteous and compassionate manner
- Verifying patients have completed all necessary paperwork
- Scheduling patients
- Answering a multi-line switchboard telephone system
- Verifying Insurance Coverage
- Scanning and filing documentation
- Ordering devices for patients
- Collecting payments
Requirements:
- Must have a friendly and positive attitude
- Must have professional phone etiquette
- Must be punctual
- Must have good organizational skills
- No Working Remotely
- Must be able to multi task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
