International Leasing company seeks Bilingual Japanese Administrative Specialist to support Global Business Development team.
- Coordinate sales
activity with other departments, including Legal, Operations, and
Accounting
- Originating and
proofreading financial proposals in both English and Japanese
- Creating and
proofreading credit applications in both English and Japanese
- Help prepare and
proofread legal and due diligence documents in English by working closely
with Legal and Accounting Dept.
- Support sales staff on
customer correspondence
- Attend internal sales
meetings. Coordinate internal and external meetings on behalf of the
department

Requirements
- Read/ Write / Speak Japanese language in business level
- Require 3 years of related
work experience in finance
- Not much OT work is
expected. They will consider both Full-time and Part-time arrangements.
