- Manage the Fleet: Maintain all fishing equipment (rods, reels, tackle) and ensure the safety protocols around the water are strictly followed.
- Inspire Discovery: Work with different age groups daily, tailoring your instruction to ensure every camper, from beginner to experienced angler, feels successful and comfortable.
What We're Looking For:
- A deep passion and practical knowledge of recreational fishing (freshwater experience preferred).
- Comfort and confidence leading groups of children and young adults (ages 3-15) around a water-based activity.
- Strong organizational skills to manage equipment and maintain a safe, functional area.
- A patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic personality that makes learning the sport fun.
- Commitment to being a positive role model and adhering to all camp safety procedures.
