Black Diamond Pest Control is searching for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at our Headquarters in Jeffersonville, IN.
Responsibilities of our Maintenance Technician:
- Assist with daily maintenance tasks to provide a safe and functional work environment for HQ staff and customers
- General repair work on buildings, grounds, and utility systems.
- Resolve any issues with plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical work, and more.
- Complete simple construction tasks such as drywall, painting, and some light framing work
- Routinely inspect buildings and utility systems to determine repair needs.
- Communicate with Manager to resolve maintenance issues quickly
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
*Must be able to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 40lbs, etc.
*Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
