Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support and management, including, but not limited to:
- Overseeing managers' schedules.
- Maintaining inventory levels and managing internal distribution.
- Utilizing business intelligence tools to handle information requests, conduct research, and prepare reports.
- Performing other clerical functions such as preparing business correspondence and receiving visitors (providing roles as both "gatekeeper" and "gateway" to management).
- Handling of highly-confidential information with appropriate levels of professionalism and sensitivity.
- Project a professional image, always remaining friendly, pleasant, courteous and professional when dealing with clients, both internal and external.
- Perform effectively without direct supervision, able to faithfully execute all instructions as given.
- Quickly adapt to change and respond well to working under tight deadlines.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Previous leadership experience required
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent administrative experience
- Must be detail-oriented with the strong interpersonal-communication skills needed to deal with many personalities
- Must excel at both written and oral communication
- Must be resourceful and highly-organized with refined multitasking skills
- Must have extensive computer experience, especially with the full range of Microsoft Office applications, and be able to work with little supervision or technical assistance
- Must be able to have firm conversations for the good of the company
- Must be accessible during off-business hours
- Negotiation skills a plus!
