Responsibilities
- Act as the friendly first point of contact for the office by greeting all visitors, answering the phone promptly, and responding to emails.
- Obtain and ensure current and accurate information and document it per agency standards.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders weekly.
- Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
Requirements
- Some office experience preferred. Insurance experience is a plus!
- Intermediate computer and technology proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
