About the Position:
- Manages day-to-day front office operations providing administrative services to agency programs
- Manages primary business line and distributes calls and massages to the appropriate departments and/or staff members. Triages medical and crisis calls. Manages Lund's telephone and voicemail system.
- Updates and maintains front office processes and procedures in order to meet the needs of the agency.
- Assists with the onboarding of new staff hires and Residential client admissions.
- Aids staff use of all front office equipment including mailing systems, phone systems, photocopiers and fax procedures.
- Maintains Lund's office supplies and purchases supplies for staff as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates of Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
- At least 2 years' experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and accurate attention to detail.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position either with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to maintain a valid VT Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation. Occasional statewide travel may be required
- Upon conditional offer of employment, must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Regular attendance is necessary and essential to meeting the expectations of the job
