Responsibilities
Picture yourself being part of the Night Cleaner Team at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:
- Work with a professional team of Night Cleaners while maintaining a fun work environment
- Be responsible for the overall cleanliness of Vista Hall including guest common spaces, kitchen areas and bathrooms
- Provide efficient and effective service
- Perform inspections and walkthroughs regularly
- Follow safety procedures and COVID 19 cleaning policies and guidelines
- Communicate issues with Night Cleaner Supervisor in a timely manner
- Demonstrate your cleanliness standards by maintaining impeccable order and organization of Vista Hall
- Accept and provide feedback and coaching regularly to support our Night cleaner Supervisor
- Learn and follow our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests
Qualifications

- Possess a passion for the hospitality industry
- Have extremely high standards and an acute attention to detail
- Display a strong sense of urgency and responsibility while assuring consistent achievement of quality standards
- Excel in an environment with repetitive tasks while staying cool under pressure
- Openness to work within established standards and procedures
- Be available to work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
