Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Arrival - 30 min before an event;
Departure- End of contest
Arrival - 30 min before an event;
Departure- After technology is stored appropriately
Arrival - 30 min before an event;
Departure- End of contest
Arrival - 30 min before an event;
Departure- End of contest
Arrival - varies by sport from 2 hours- 30 min before an event; Departure- Remains until teams have left the venue
Arrival - 60 min before an event;
Departure- Upon dismissal by supervisor

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Fulfill the responsibilities of the assigned roles as notified by the athletic department
- Complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner
Arrival - 30 min before an event;
Departure- End of contest
- Announces either the contest itself or all upcoming competitors
- Arrive in time to test the P.A. System
- Makes various announcements for spectators, officials, or school-related needs
Arrival - 30 min before an event;
Departure- After technology is stored appropriately
- Operates the clock/scoreboard for events during the entirety of the contest(s)
- Work with officials for any announcements or discrepancies
- Know the scoring/rules for each event operating the clock
- Set up and put away all technology for the clock operation
Arrival - 30 min before an event;
Departure- End of contest
- Assists at setting up the live stream connection with the scoreboard operator
- Follows the action of the event with the camera
- Stops the live stream at the end of a contest, disconnects technology, and puts the camera away
Arrival - 30 min before an event;
Departure- End of contest
- Know the rules and scoring for the event covered
- Keeps the official scorebook for the event throughout the entirety of the event
- Works with officials for any scoring discrepancies or needs
- Obtain the scorebook from our coaching staff
Arrival - varies by sport from 2 hours- 30 min before an event; Departure- Remains until teams have left the venue
- Greets teams and officials upon arrival
- Takes care of any need that comes up with teams and officials
- Gets officials drinks/water at halftime
- Supervises spectators and deals with any issues regarding them
- Works with opposing team supervisor
- Makes sure other EPED workers sign timesheets and are ok with their duties
- Gives breaks to EPED workers if needed for longer events
- Verifies cash count with ticket taker
- Reports progress of event to Athletic Director if he/she is not there
- Other duties as assigned
Arrival - 60 min before an event;
Departure- Upon dismissal by supervisor
- Collects cash for events and makes sure spectators knows district expectations
- Hands out programs
- Counts cash and verifies with supervisor at the beginning and end of events
